This policy governs cancellations, refunds, and returns and is designed to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including regulations from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Health (DOH), and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

1. CORE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1.1 Consultation Outcome Determines Eligibility

If a licensed healthcare professional determines that you are not a suitable candidate for a wellness treatment or product that requires consultation, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed automatically.

If you are approved for treatment or purchase:

  • Ready-to-ship wellness products:
    Orders become non-refundable once the product has been processed and handed over for delivery.

  • Customized, compounded, or made-to-order products (if applicable):
    Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation or allocation has begun.

These products are considered personalized and cannot be returned, restocked, or reused, in compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation with a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Before order processing or shipment for ready-to-ship products

  • Before preparation begins for customized or compounded products

Once the order has been processed, shipped, or prepared, cancellations and refunds are no longer allowed.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Wellness and health-related products

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Products requiring controlled handling or storage

4. EXCEPTIONS – DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We may offer replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Incorrect product was delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days from delivery and must include:

  • Full name

  • Order details

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence

Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed at no additional cost.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed

  • Replacements will be shipped as soon as available
